of the healthy lifestyles is to diligently drink water.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Because, humans will use important organs when doing daily activities.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">And, these organs need enough fluids.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">From mucus, saliva, lungs, joints, kidneys, to the heart, all depend on and need water.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Prof. Dr. Ir.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Hardinsyah, M.S., the research leader of The Indonesian Regional Hydration Study (THIRST) stated that, at least around 46.1 percent of the 1200 Indonesian population in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and East Java, and South Sulawesi experience mild dehydration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">And the number of adults who experience mild dehydration is less when compared to teenagers.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Namely, 42.5 percent for adults and 49.5 percent for teenagers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the study, it was also found that one of the causes of the high rate of dehydration was due to the respondents&#8217; low knowledge of the benefits of water for the body.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The study was conducted in two areas, namely the lowlands and highlands to
