The Chrome OS operating system is a Linux-based operating system introduced in July 2009 by Google Inc.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Chrome OS<\/a> works exclusively with web applications from the OS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are used to using the Chrome browser, of course you are familiar with this Chrome OS.<\/span><\/span> The features and appearance of this operating system are very similar to the Chrome browser commonly used by most internet users.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chrome OS can only run on hardware or hardware that has been specially designed by Google Inc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This operating system runs on Chromebooks made by several well-known Netbook brands.<\/span><\/span> For example ACER, ASUS, DELL, and so on.<\/span><\/span> On their special edition Netbooks, Chrome OS is used as the default operating system.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When you first use this Google-created OS, you will be asked to log in to your Google account first.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then after successfully logging in, a simple and clean desktop display will greet you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chrome OS has been integrated with all Google services such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, and so on.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Google created Chrome OS for users who spend a lot of time on the internet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The default applications built into Chrome OS are only file managers, media players, and web browsers.<\/span><\/span> However, through the Chrome Web Store, you can add other applications as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In its development, Google launched the<\/span><\/span><\/span> Play Store<\/a>, so that almost all applications that can be downloaded and run on Android smartphones can also be used on Chrome OS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As we have explained above, Chrome OS is the default operating system for Chromebook laptops.<\/span><\/span> So, we need to know more about this Chromebook.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
